A description about contract in investments
1. All buying selling dealings with a real estate investment
(contract and payment procedures) and procedures which
accompany these will be advanced by related decree in Japan,
procedure according to a rule and customs in the real estate
business world.
2. In real estate buying and selling for the purpose of
investment, it naturally involves risks, such as drops in real
estate prices and rent due to changes in the economy and the
market.

was found by the application information, at first purchase
order (certificate of purchase) is made in order to prove the

During 1 mouth after conclusion of contract, settle the balance

real estate acquisition tax, ( in the case of a sale ) real estate
capital gains tax, property tax, income tax, brokerage fees and
registration costs are required and an owner (registered holder)
shall pay for these in their responsibility.
Due to unpaid, seizure and administrative deposition on a real
estate are performed by authority and if you'll be the situation
deprived of ownership in a real estate, we can't assume the
responsibility.
Additionally, if we have determined that you'd caused the
obstruction of business and delay action by the intentional or
gross negligence, agent business will be cancelled.
Also damage caused by this and a fee of up to cancellation will
be charged to you.
